For $75/month, you can have a customized workout program based on YOUR needs and goals!

 

Are you a beginner to weight training?? Maybe you’ve been weight training for a while but want to get better and stronger??

Weight training consultation with Gill Training Sytems will make sure you are getting the basics done right. A one-on-one consultation will include:

  • Immediate coaching of the basic lifts
    • Bench
    • Squat
    • Deadlift
    • Overhead Press
    • Lunge
  • Email containing analysis of your lifting form and coaching points to take with you
  • Videos of your exercise form allowing you to see before and after.

For $50/session you can have a one-on-one coaching session with Mitch. (Metro Atlanta Area only)

 

Don’t live in the Metro Atlanta Area?? Still wanting coaching on the primary lifts??

GTS also offers video analysis of the primary lift. Video analysis will include:

  • Written breakdown of the primary lifts
  • Coaching cues to help correct form faults.

For $30 you can have your primary lifts analyzed by Mitch.
