Welcome back to another Best of the Week! Hope you had a great second week of November. I am realizing that I totally neglected my conditioning during the month of October as I was squatting just about everyday and limiting my conditioning for the next days workout. So needless to say, some of the higher volume work I have been doing has had me huffing and puffing.
